Adamjan said that the shell of walnut is used in cosmetics too. The shells are grounded into a fine powder and then used as an exfoliant with a mixture of coconut oil. Dr. Varsha further says that scrubbing the skin with it keeps the skin youthful.

The powder of walnut shells is also mixed with the soil because it is a great source of plant fertilizer too. just like human health, it gives the needed protein to plant health too. It boosts the life of plants and helps them to grow steadily.
