NTA Issues Key Notification Regarding NEET 2021 Phase 2 Registration Documents

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently published a key notification related to NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) for the 2021 candidates.

As per the notification, candidates are not required to upload or share any documents during the NEET UG 2021 phase 2 registration. Previously it was stated by the NTA that candidates will need to fill out 57 columns during the second phase of NEET 2021 registration.

The last date for registration for NEET 2021 phase 2 is October 10, 2021. Candidates can complete their registration process from the official website: neet.nta.nic.in.

The notification published on the official website states that no documents are required for the 2nd phase of the online application for NEET 2021. Candidates appearing should take note of this new important notification.

Earlier, the NTA had mentioned in the information board that during the second phase of NEET 2021 registration, candidates are required to provide their personal details, educational qualification, additional details, and upload documents. Applicants were expected to upload their category certificate, class 10 certificate, Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) certificate, and citizen certificate.

But as per the new notification, candidates can register for the NEET 2021 second phase without uploading these documents. However, they will need to produce the mentioned papers at a later stage, like during the counseling process. However, nothing is confirmed yet.

Interested candidates can visit the official website to complete their NEET 2021 second phase registration process. They need to click on the “Correction Phase II NEET-UG 2021 link” to proceed.

The registration process for the NEET 2021 second phase is currently open. It will remain open till 10 October 2021, which is the last date for registration. During this window, candidates can make changes or correct their details in the application, if needed.

This time the NTA has split the NEET registration process into two parts. According to NTA, this is done to make the registration process quick and easy. It will help the applicants to submit their data with fewer hassles. Interested candidates should complete their registration process before the last date, which is 10 October 2021. Once the registration window is closed, no further applications will be accepted. Candidates can complete their second phase of NEET 2021 registration without uploading any documents or papers. They are likely to submit the documents during the counseling phase, but that is yet to be confirmed by the concerned board.
